We offer a range of different set up options, with something to suit every occasion. All set ups include full set up and take down service at your location, with all the right accessories to create just the right vibe...just add laughter!
Treat someone to a luxury night away, without even leaving home. Including a double bed made with crisp linen and super soft blankets, electric log burner, fairy lights and our signature accessories. When you're this cosy, nap time is the new happy hour!
We also offer a set up with four single beds, making the perfect sleepover space to remember! We can even arrange the midnight snacks...
Chill out tent
Our most popular set up, offering you a space to relax around low tables surrounded by cushions, blankets and fairy lights. We include our electric log burner to keep you cosy, why not add our pallet table set up to extend your space, and a bottle of bubbly or two...?
Perfect for birthdays, hen parties, girls night or an unforgettable date night.
We add a ball pool, child friendly tables and easel alongside our super soft mats, throws and cushions for you to add your child's favourite toys or leave the space for the little people at your event to make big memories
Extra Special Touches
The tent set up on it's own will make any celebration one to remember. Having said that, why not give it the extra wow factor with some of our optional extras? We pride ourselves in working with other small and local businesses to offer you these options - all items are sourced and made less then 4 miles from our HQ!

The show stopper...
The balloon package includes a garland and balloon cluster in your chosen colour scheme. We install the balloons when we complete the tent set up, leaving you one less thing to worry about.

Hire our beautifully coordinated soft play set to keep your little ones happy at your event, coordinates perfectly with our tent and ball pool.
Helen at Deligraze will work her magic on our table set ups creating you a bespoke graze table for your event.
How it Works
Firstly, we need a space to pitch that is at least 5m of grass each way. If you have close to this, but are concerned it is tight, don't worry. Just get in touch and we can often make it work!
If you have that, get in touch to see if we have your date available. Instagram, Facebook or Email - whatever is best for you. We will endeavour to get back to you on the same day.
If we have your date available; choose your set up, add any extras, and we will send you our booking form to complete for those all important details.
We ask for a £50 non refundable deposit to secure the date, with the balance payable 7 days before the set up.
Our standard set up is Friday to Sunday, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the space. We will come to your chosen location and set the tent up on Friday morning (or a pre arranged time if that doesn't suit), including any optional extras. We will then come to take it all away on the Sunday for you. Simple.
For weddings, we will work directly with your venue to arrange the details, saving you the job. Sit back, get excited and leave the rest to us.

I am Ruth, that is me on the left. Mummy to Henry, full time sales manager and the original face behind Perfectly Pitched.
On the right is Becky. Becky is Mummy to Zac, works with me in the day job and is genuinely fantastic at everything hands on and creative.
We have teamed up to make your special occasions even more memorable. We believe in the magic of memories, and work hard to bring you show stopping spaces in which to make them.
We also work hard to support other small local businesses, shopping small and re purposing many of our items to make our spaces not only memorable, but sustainable.
